"Ugly" fruits and veggies...NOT! An innovative educational program towards sustainable consumption and food waste reduction.
UglyFruitsNOT! project has as the main outcome the creation of an innovative Training Program for VET trainers in "Ugly" fruits and vegetable waste reduction in the frames of sustainable production and consumption and food waste management. This training program will develop the knowledge, skills, and competences they need to effectively train professionals in the food supply chain to understand the significant role they can play in the "ugly" fruits and vegetable waste reduction in the frames of sustainable production and consumption, and their contribution in consumers' awareness-raising on the importance of being a sustainable consumer.
